"I have been interested in helping and supporting developing countries where even simple modern technology can significantly raise the quality of their lives. During my GCSP project in Costa Rica for two months, I noticed all the knowledge and engineering practices that I learned in school were not easy to implement in reality. Overcoming through all the possible problems, I learned more about the practical side of engineering and how to handle realistic challenges. Knowing variables and how to handle them quickly are definitely the skill that I needed the most regarding my job is where contingencies and immediate responses are essential. I appreciate GCSP helped me setting up the solid base on that by just experiencing through."
